What is the Inside Sales Representative role?

The primary role of the Inside Sales Representative is to maximize sales and pipeline in the assigned market territory by working directly with customers. The focus is aimed at new sales opportunities and accounts, and is achieved by understanding the product offering and customer pain points. It’s expected that this role will increase deal win rates and accelerate time to close on key opportunities. If you have a hunger for winning and a proven track record of success in concept selling—well, it’s about time you joined us.

What you will do:
• Be the primary driver for revenue within territory by identifying and closing new accounts
• Be accountable for business outcomes by owning your business and building it from scratch; including activities such as outbound prospecting, creation of sales campaigns, the crafting of close plans, participation in efforts to enhance the sales process, and getting involved in demand generation activities such as trade events and conferences
• Create internal champions in your accounts, spanning from mid-level to C-level executives at Fortune 1000 corporations
• Manage forecasting and account/opportunity details in CRM
• Create end user demand by hunting for new accounts in the territory, and building brand
recognition in our space
• Work with team members to drive success, such as with the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to build pipeline and manage effective outreach strategies
• Enable seamless on-boarding of closed customers by working effectively with the Customer Success team as accounts begin their implementation phase

Requirements:

• Ability to work and simultaneously close, multiple high velocity deals
• Demonstrated ability to influence a customer to create budget for a recruitment sourcing services.
• Is a high-energy, motivated self-starter that is intellectually curious
• Some experience in Recruitment , Talent , Up Skilling Sales
• An understanding of Customer Relationship Management is a plus
• Must be able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Prioritizes team winning, and has a growth mindset about self and others
• Has a track record of building lasting relationships at key accounts, fostering internal champions to get the deal done

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of sales experience in Enterprise & SMB sectors
• Good Communication Skills and portray professional telephone & Sales etiquettes
